We seek a dynamic professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharma Sales. As an integral part of our team, you will drive sales initiatives, and achieve set targets. Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region and ensuring target achievement.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Retainment of employees and resolving all queries.
- Developing specific plans/ sales strategies to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively
- Looking after and ensuring all payments are received timely from the customers
Qualification :
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, candidates with Pharma Sales background will be preferred.
- Must be willing to travel.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
