What you’ll do,
Consumer Servicing & Engagement
delivers a unified digital servicing proposition for personal customers on the device of their choice, giving the best digital customer experience to increase engagement and options for self-service.
As a
Senior Software Engineer
within the Consumer Servicing & Engagement and Devices Lab, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience on our banking platform. Few other responsibilities include:
Analyses customer needs and defines and delivers prescribed products by performing designated, development/engineering activities using established systems.Develop and maintain scalable and secure platform solutions.Gather requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Conduct research, stay updated on industry trends, and drive continuous improvement of the platform.Identify and address quality/performance issues and implement engineering best practices.Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and DevOps Teams to build refine design, functionality, features and experiments.
What you’ll need,
Expert Full Stack knowledge in React, Node js, Java Script.Strong Experience in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot,) for back-end development and API implementation.Experience in deploying and managing applications on GCP.Strong experience in writing efficient database queries by using SQL/No SQL.Strong experience in Jira/Jenkins/Confluence.Experience in integrating third-party services and developing secure APIs.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide guidance.
Nice-to-HaveSkills:
Understanding of security, compliance, and system architecture in the banking industry.Dynatrace / SplunkKubernetes / HELM
