Overall Objective of the Job- Lead HR department for the region
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with senior HR leadership and business executives to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide input into the development of HR policies, programs, and initiatives at the regional level
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee regional recruitment efforts for blue-collar hiring
- Implement effective on-boarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Work on talent retention strategies and employee development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary.
- Promote a positive work culture and facilitate communication between employees and management.
Compliance:
- Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance across locations.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal matters.
HR Analytics:
- Utilize HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior HR leadership on key HR metrics.
Change Management:
- Lead and support HR initiatives related to organizational change within the region.
- Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
