Brief Job Description:

This is the executive position in Captive Procurement function for managing Global Telecom category portfolio. The incumbent is expected to have minimum 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, specifically in the Telecom service procurement. Freshers with basic knowledge of supply chain and telecom also adequate.

This position is based out of Mumbai

Key responsibilities: Global TELECOM EXECUTIVE

• Sourcing Support

• Managing RFP’s for various requirements.
• Coordination with vendors for the proposals.
• Comparisons and internal analysis.
• PR PO process.
• Vendors registration.

2.Contract Management

• Contracts updation.

3.Reporting and data management

• Prepare and maintain P2P reporting.
• Manage contract reporting.
• Maintain a proper data repository.

4.Stakeholder and vendor management

• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholder and service providers.

5.Compliance

• Adhering to policies and procedures.
