Job Description:
If you have a zeal for talent acquisition and If you're passionate about finding great talent, this role is made for you! As a Recruitment Officer, you'll be in charge of screening, scheduling interviews, and keeping the communication flowing.
Your job responsibilities include screening, interview scheduling, communication, and reporting.
Screening
· Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
· Phone potential candidates as a screening criterion.
· Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
· Search resume databases for the most fit candidates.
· Manage the whole recruitment process from job posting to candidates initial onboarding.
Interviews
· Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interview applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
· Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
· Following up on the interview process status.
· Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
Communication
· Give feedback to job applicants on their applications.
· Make arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
· Make recommendations to company hiring managers.
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and their implementation.
Recruitment platforms
· Manage the Naukri portal, posting job ads, referral, organizing resumes and job applications.
· Active in job fairs and campus placements.
Deliverables:
▪ Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database.
▪ Ensuring a minimum fortnight recruitment per team, or as per team necessity.
▪ Providing target headcount as provided by the Manager.
▪ Ensuring that the whole process and any documents or initiatives with it are carried out and documented as per recruitment process.
Work Time: 9:30AM-6PM
Working Days: Monday- Saturday
Work Location: Chennai
Payroll cycle: 10th of every month
