Purpose & Scope
The HR Officer is responsible to prepare all letters and certificates, monitors the uniform policy, monitors the company health insurance, responsible for ensuring the probationary reviews are conducted, organize training requirements and events, handles the process / issues of Staff and requests
RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing HR correspondences and letters ( Salary certificates, NOC, Employment Certificate etc) as per the Company policy
Assisting in the annual renewal of Medical Insurance Policy for the Company and coordinating for all the necessary documents.
