As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms and executive personnel.Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging catering if necessary.Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; reorder supplies as needed.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Perform other clerical duties such as scanning, faxing, and filing.Requirements:
