Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for welcoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in handling phone calls and greeting customers
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Working experience in an administrative or customer service role would be a plus
• Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies would be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals
• Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors and callers
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings
• Ensure compliance with security procedures and maintain visitor logs
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
