Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Team LeaderRetail Sales at 360 Realtors LLP located in Thane. It will involve below mentioned responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves sales targets.
  • Fostering client relationships, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated on market trends.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Real Estate agents specializing in Retail Sales.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, and regularly assess team members' progress. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions that enhance retail property visibility.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail Real Estate industry.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to facilitate a transparent and efficient workflow.
  • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills / Abilities

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of Real Estate sales / Retail Sales / Insurance Sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients and team members
  • An understanding of the Real Estate market and trends in the retail segment
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build up a team
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
