- Candidate with 10 plus years of total testing experience
- A minimum of Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject is required, plus relevant experience or training in many of the main duties specified in the Job Specification.
- Candidate should be able to demonstrable knowledge and expertise of, and exposure to, the majority of the primary development technologies listed in the Job Specification.
- Strong understanding and hands on experience with QA processes and methodologies
- Knowledge & Experience of Trade Life Cycle (Order Management System)
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As – QA AutomationManager
- Must have minimum 10 years of Testing experience and at least 7 years’ of experience in UFT
- Must have expertise in automation scripting using UFT, framework designing and scripting using UFT
- Must have good experience in managing QA automation projects.
- Should have experience in Capital markets domain.
- Must have good experience in STLC, requirements gathering, test strategy, test planning, review test plan, test coverage, regression selection, test execution, tracking and test reporting for critical projects.
- Responsible for defect management, maintain defect triage process, continuous defect review, tracking defects to closure.
- Responsible for stakeholder management with vendor, Development, BA and support teams
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/SCRUM in JIRA, SSGA JIRA process (Epics, stories, bugs and their orchestration)
- Keep abreast of changes in technology, standards, and relevant developments in IT & testing by maintaining professional competency through training,
- Lead QA process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor QA team members and assist them with domain knowledge.
- Good to have experience in automation using Selenium ( but not mandatory)
