Medocity is looking for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Lead who can map out the big picture of design across web and mobile platforms. The UX Lead will be expected to work collaboratively with senior management, as well as the product teams to create detailed user friendly products and websites for a great user experience. This is a significant opportunity to join a fast growing company as well as take on a leadership role within a growing product organization. Essentials: 3 years of experience developing / testing enterprise applications. Experience of hands-on testing in Agile development environments (especially Scrum). Experience with black box manual testing, UI and Web Application Testing. Working knowledge of product/defect management systems, preferably Jira. Expertise in testing mobile applications for functionality, stability and performance, preferably in the Android or IOS area. Experience in automated testing to enable fast and effective delivery of high quality products. Experience in Requirements Analysis and writing detailed Requirement Specifications documents. Desirable: Worked as a Business Analyst in Healthcare or other domains. Perform stability test setup such as Android Monkey testing, analyze crash logs and file appropriate bug reports to engineering. Helping to improve processes and procedures. Raising descriptive, concise and useful bug reports. Producing clear and concise test reports. Quickly acquiring new testing and technical skills and working with new technologies with little support. Automating functional and regression tests using well-structured maintainable code. Actively supporting agile development methods and best practices. Supporting and actively work towards test driven development. Useful: Experience reading user stories and testing of software products (no coding or automation required). Basic understanding of coding and ability to write simple code, queries and tools. Experience working with Xcode, Eclipse and Android SDK or other mobile app SDKs and IDEs.
Senior candidates in this area should have the ability to work as SCRUM MASTERS. Compensation:
