Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports for the Founder
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Collect and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the Founder's decision-making process
- Assist the founder with various projects, research, and special assignments, providing administrative and logistical support
- Track actionable from various meetings and ensure key decisions are implemented, tracked, and updated
- Create necessary presentations, data & reports for internal & external forums, meetings and reviews
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the founder and facilitate communication
- Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters.
Must Haves:
- MBA Preferred from Tier 1/Tier2 college
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar profile
- Ability to structure, summarize & present various topics effectively
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable in multitasking and prioritizing multiple time-sensitive initiatives
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges
- The role may evolve to take on additional responsibilities as directed
