The main roles and responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Business Development: Lead/Support client pursuits in opportunity sizing and presentations, shaping proposal, presenting approach and capabilities, participate in discovery workshops, etc.
Market Initiatives:
- Participate in market and industry specific initiatives, lead/support preparation of content, lead/support providing presentations to internal and external audiences
- Lead/support in creation of new solutions or methodologies leveraging functional and technology expertise, and project delivery experience
- Lead/Support in creation of thought leading content and white papers
- Coach and mentor other team members on project delivery, performance management, career path
Desired skills/qualities:
- Strong technical skills across design and implementation including Finance specific tool/systems; implementation experience is a plus.
