Your Challenge:
Do you want to work in a very experienced team of people working on the End-to-End Financial Flow of IT Project Management? Do you want to work at the interface of IT, Finance and Procurement? You are responsible for:
Running processes with high degree of operational excellence
Guiding stakeholders to enforce/improve process adherence
Report on and analyze issues in financial data processing
Guide key stakeholders to sound project financials
Spotting financial issues in project costs
Spot structural and occasional deviations in project financial processes
Remedy occasional and structural deviations from project financial processes
Explaining project financial processes to key stakeholders
Building and extending expert knowledge of project financial processes (outside general ledger)
You are a part of:
Youll be working in an international team with colleagues across the globe that all are involved in a process that has high visibility to the IT leadership. Despite having an end-to-end process split over various Philips organizations, everybody collaborates to provide the best service possible to all Philips employees.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
If you have good technical and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of and experience with Process Management processes
Good knowledge of Project Management, Invoicing, Purchasing and Project Financial Management.
Good knowledge of and experience with Lean methodology and Continuous Improvement
A minimum of
7
years IT experience working in complex, cross-organization programs, and initiatives. Of those 7 years you spent
5
years involved in areas of Project Management
Can Do Attitude
Highly Analytical
Strong drive to grow your skills and knowledge as an excellent IT professional
Team Player
