The candidate will be based out of Chennai and this role will involve travel to Indonesia (At least 15 days in a Month)
•Minimum 5 years in sale of Construction / Building Material products. Should have worked with Government Agencies, Architects & Consultants
w.r.t specifications / approvals of products
•Should have the experience in sales of high-end construction / building material products in Indonesia. In this role, he / she will have to dealt with
local architects in Indonesia, international architects from western countries, Government / consultants who provide technical support to
Government .
•The candidate should have the ability to work independently
•Enjoys meeting people with an outgoing and pleasing selling personality & good communication & Influencing Skills.
•Ability to deal with high end Architects / Consultants / Project Managers/Contractors and project site activities
•Good knowledge of CRM systems (and will use such) and MS Office as well as experience in reading CAD or technical drawings
•Preferred industries include Cement, Steel, Pipes, Glass, Fittings & fit outs, Sanitaryware, fire protection, Airconditioning, Lighting, Fenestration,
Other building materials Owner of a valid driving license (Cat. B)
•Customer-oriented selling personality with strong influencing skills, well-structured and independent worker with good planning abilities – and a
team player!
Requirements
