Job Description
Client is a major developer in Delhi NCR and constructing mainly residential townships and commercial projects.
Main purpose of position:
To perform the duties of a MEP QAQC lead, establishing the QAQC procedures for MEP activities.
Service Delivery
Handling and supporting the client in establishing the QAQC procedures for MEP activities.
requirements of the Client.
- Establishing a quality system in line with client’s requirement by working together with all departments and personnel involved.
- Verifying the quality of executed works at the site.
- Preparing and maintaining the records of quality defects and issuing nonconformance reports for the same to the contractors.
- Verifying the quality of material and equipment’s as the specifications.
- Performing factory visits for equipment’s.
- Coordinating with the cleint’s MEP representative for day to day work.
- Performing site inspections wherever required.
Qualifications
- Education - B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
- Candidate should have the experience of working on large scale construction projects within India and possesses excellent technical and communication skills.
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, work packages, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
- 10+ years of work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
