We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of coordinating the delivery of software integration projects on time, within budget and within scope. We expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to grasp their needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. No coding or sales required in this role.
- Coordinate between internal team and clients for the flawless execution of software integration projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Successfully manage relationships with clients and other third party stakeholders
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of software development/IT project management experience.
- Experience in handling a team is a must for this role.
- Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects.
- Good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good educational background, preferably in the field of computer science or engineering
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
