OckyPocky is a kids tech app for preschool kids. We enable preschool children to learn English in a personalized manner using voice and video in a vernacular environment and through live classes with India's best educators.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Ensure that the app is functioning smoothly. Test all functionalities for an hour every day.
2) Proactive calls to the customers. Need to maintain a daily register of calls/queries.
3) Generate new leads by messaging and calling. Explain them about the platform.
4) Speak to users
