Responsibilities:
• Provide project leadership through all phases of the engagement lifecycle.
• Overall co-ordination with property starting from Kick off to Project Closure.
• Determine resource needs and communicate requests for personnel on timely basis.
• Schedule Resources for the Property.
• Effectively manage project scope, timeliness, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor Progress of Projects.
• Proactively Identify Risks and develop Contingency and Mitigation Plans.
• Identify Issues and work with relevant stakeholders to develop action plan for resolution.
• Conduct weekly review meetings with the customers – Provide update on timelines – Provide updates on issues and meaningful action plans. – Provide updates on Risks with clarity on Mitigation and Contingency Plans.
• Put up a continuous improvement Plan and monitor and report the progress methodically.
• Focus to create and contribute to an environment that is geared to innovation, high productivity, high quality, and effective customer service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years related experience in a best-in-class project management organization.
• Successfully completed multiple infrastructure and managed application deliveries.
• Knowledge and understanding of Oracle hospitality products and services.
• Must have broad and strong knowledge which comprises of Property Management System and Central Reservation System applications.
• Comfortable in discussing application concepts with business people and business concepts with Application team. Also, should be able to express complex concepts in simple language to reach broader audiences.
• Must be an exceptional communicator and comfortable in presenting both in public and online to business and technical executives and customers.
• Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through other internal and external organizations and individuals.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus.
