Day to Day support activities, Ticket resolution as per the SLA, hands on LIMS Basic experience, Experience on working LW LIMS V7, V8 Pharma template, Communication to business users in timely manner Co-ordinating with different teams like Infrastructure Teams, Support Teams, and external system build teams ; for support perspective, working knowledge of Database, Oracle/Sql Server; Guiding team for issue resolution; Customer communication; Working in Service now or BMC remedy Technical Experience : Having 8 to 9 years exp , very good experience in LabWare LIMS Good Communication skills along with hands-on experience in LIMS basic, LW LIMS phara template, different modules like Stability, Lot, Standard and Reagents etc Having experience in Crystal Report is an added advantage Performing enhancement activities as per the SLA Professional Attributes : Having 8 to 9 years exp , very good experience in LabWare LIMS Good Communication skills along with hands-on experience in LIMS basic, LW LIMS phara template, different modules like Stability, Lot, Standard and Reagents etc Having experience in Crystal Report is an added advantage Performing enhance Educational Qualification: Graduate Additional Info :Graduate
