AddressAs a Project Manager at EbizON Digital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software projects are delivered as committed to the customer. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing project execution, facilitating team coordination, and managing project timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:Project and Operational Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operational management, aligning tasks and processes with company objectives.
- Tracking project sprints, deliverables, and change requests.
- Understanding of Agile project management principles and practices, as well as experience with Scrum.
- Lead and motivate teams, adapting to agile methodologies as required.
- Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring smooth team operations.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Administer Zoho PM tool: Set up and configure project board on Zoho PM tool and manage communication using other tools (e.g., MS Teams, OneDrive, Basecamp).
- Assign and monitor tasks, setting timelines and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Proactively identify and address potential project bottlenecks or interdependencies that could impede progress.
- Train and support team members in the effective use of project management tools.
- Provide comprehensive reports and insights on project progress and team performance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years experience in Project Management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, evidenced by previous professional achievements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, adept at identifying and resolving project-related issues.
- Well-versed in agile methodologies and adaptable in various project management approaches.
- Preferable experience in Content Management Systems and E-commerce Platforms like Drupal, Shopify, Wordpress, Sitecore, Magento, Webflow and Adobe Experience Manager, etc.
