Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Project Manager (Civil & MEP). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, budgeting, and execution of Civil and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Civil and MEP domain
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- PMP certification is preferred
