Key Responsibilities/Outcomes
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across program and Project Management teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Data Collection: Gather data from various sources, including Project Management Information system, project documentation, databases, and stakeholder inputs, financial systems ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Data Analysis: Analyse collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to program and project performance. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key findings, insights, and recommendations for program and Project Management teams. Ensure reports are tailored to meet the needs of different stakeholders and support decision-making processes.
Decision Support: Provide decision support to program and Project Management teams based on data analysis and insights derived from reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies and action plans to address identified issues and optimize project performance.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and refine reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and relevance. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management. Present complex information in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant certification in Project management space.
- Proven experience in reporting and analysis, preferably in a program or Project Management environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools is a plus.
