Roles & Responsibilities 1 Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes 3 Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, utilizing program Control Services expertise to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.4 Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, utilizing effective communication and presentation skills to ensure understanding and alignment on project goals and progress 5 Continuously improve program Control Services processes and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills1 Strong expertise in Program Control Services 2 Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.3 Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. 4 Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes. 5 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.- 6 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.BE
