We are having an opening for the position of Senior Sales Consultant with one of our very reputed clients at Real Estate industry at Thane (W) Location.
Job Description:
The position requires the candidate to establish contact with the customers and understand their requirements. Thereafter, creating success stories and providing a first class sales service to the customer and the company as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the premium builders in Thane.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate markets and best practices.
- Coordinating with the presales team and following up with the leads provided.
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Keeping in touch with clients via calls, SMS and emails to update / notify them about the development.
- Taking the appointment of the customers and visiting the sites with the customers.
- Overseeing and handling negotiations with Real Estate agents on behalf of clients.
- Bringing the customer to closure and gradually closing the deal by completing all the legal and monetary formalities.
Candidates Profile:
- Experience of 3 – 5 Years in the Real Estate sales sector.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Well organized, tenacious, and resourceful.
- Good track record
