As our Program Manager, you are responsible for leading cross functional teams across the Gracenote group. You will be establishing and executing the communication plan for teams, stakeholders, and executives. You will be coordinating deliverables, identifying milestones, and dependencies, keeping projects in scope, identifying risks, and managing mitigation plans. You are an analytical and technical problem solver, who can dive into unstructured environments to identify and design solutions using project tools.Your goal is to effectively communicate and collaborate with leaders, and decision-makers to continuously improve the outcome of our process and products.. Responsibilities:

• • Establish project plans, evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses, and developing communication strategies with stakeholders.
  • Develop new and maintain current project reports/templates within Google work apps, Salesforce, and other tools
  • Drive simplification of reporting needs through report inventory. Leverage existing and identify additional data sources and tools
  • Identify operational opportunities to improve or innovate our processes to increase efficiency for our teams and drive process improvements
  • Review and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation as well as improve efficiency by eliminating non-value added work
  • Engage with Operations, Product, Sales, and Engineering leaders and global cross-functional stakeholders to analyze processes and recommend changes based on the evaluation of operational data
  • Create insights for internal business partners and senior leadership via presentations and dashboards to facilitate strategic decision making
  • Continually learn new tools and techniques as we further develop our reporting platforms

Qualifications:

• • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • High proficiency in visualization and dynamic reporting tools
  • Strong analytic & problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and an investigative nature
  • Must possess a high level of learning agility to deal with complex issues and change management to drive delivery of results
  • An effective listener with the ability to build a rapport and trust with stakeholders and has a record of achieving results through influence
  • A proven ‘get up and go’ attitude; a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Deonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • A global-minded attitude that can work across business functions, levels and priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
