Position reporting: DGM-Contract Sales
Role of position: Business Development
Designation: Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- New client development in allotted geography primarily for semi continuous line Camlock Panels, sandwich panels and for thermal insulation, Rockwool pipe sections, PUF slab, Rockwool slab and calcium silicate etc.
- Should be capable of achieving allotted revenue targets
- Should be capable of handling the techno – commercial discussions and subsequently finalizing the orders and handing over to Factory / Execution team.
- He shall be responsible for Coordination with the Execution Teams, Factory after receipt of Purchase Order and for collection of dues
- To follow-up and service existing clients in allotted geography.
Specific competencies:
- Should have valid driving license and ownership of Two wheeler/ Four Wheeler, should enjoy travelling for business need
- Good verbal and written communication skill and power of expression.
- Sharp business acumen
- Understanding of techno-commercial working
Education Qualifications and specific skill set:
- Graduate / Post Graduation in Engineering in stream of Mechanical or Electrical
- Exposure of AutoCAD
- Experience with similar background will be an advantage
Age: 30 years to 35 years
CTC band: Not a constraint for right talent
