Job Overview
We are looking for talented and smart Project & OEM Sales Manager for Plumbing products manufacturing company in Bhandup, Mumbai. You should analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses. Coordinate with business development and marketing managers to drive growth and achieve all targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- To promote the range of products & services in Plumbing, HVAC, Industrial products required in Residential, Commercial & Industrial Infra Structure Projects and OEM s.
- To pitch directly to decision makers - Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers, Owners, Project Heads of upcoming infra-structure projects like corporate parks, malls, bourses, residential, institutes, hotels, hospitals, airports, warehouses, restaurants, villas, industries, etc. for business development.
- To influence such influencers by showing the product value and quality.
- To create network of relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers, Consultants, Contractors, Plumbers, etc.
- To get products registered in Projects.
- To develop a P&L budget for project s revenues, costing, pricing, commissions, negotiating any fees as may be appropriate,
- To assess Project risk and resolve them throughout the project.
- To ensure timely billing, collect money / goods as per company norms.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate. (Advantage if Mech. Eng. / MBA background)
- 4 to 5+ years of prior experience in Plumbing
- Should have handled previously 5-10 projects / year with billing of 1-2 cr. by first year end and then YOY growth
- Should be fluent in English.
- Relationships and Market Network.
- Able to Unite people and develop Teams.
- Focus on Business Growth Numbers.
- Open for travelling
