Product Management:
1) Formulate AOP strategies and How-To's to meet and exceed AOP goals of volume, share and profitability for the current year & growth strategies for future.
2) Manage product portfolios and benchmark with key competitors on prices & price points.
3) Benchmark product performance.
4) Coordinate marketing activities for concerned portfolio.
5) Do extensive market visits to keep a finger on the pulse of the market.
6) Monitor and manage demand forecast for assigned categories.
7) Establish tight integration with OE
8) Create strategic and tactical pricing models.
9) Conduct price/margin and volume trade-off through elasticity models.
