AddressProduct Manager (Insureance-tech)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define product requirements and roadmap.
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new features and enhancements that improve bank integrations within our insurance technology platform.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform product strategy and prioritize feature development.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of product initiatives, iterating based on insights and feedback.
- Work closely with banking partners to establish and maintain integrations, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert on insurance technology and bank integrations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the insurance technology sector with a focus on bank integrations.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, payment gateways, and financial APIs.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.
