Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

Job Description
REPORTING TO: Process Owner
REPORTING LOCATION: India
WORKING LOCATION: India Chennai
OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
The Process Associate works with the Eurofins IT TEA Process owner to ensure the Eurofins IT TEA process provides the required functionality to support the Eurofins organisation. This will include working on the latest version of IT TEA Process. The BAU tasks will include working on new IT TEA request, ensure all the request are validated based on the process. Work closely with the IT Sec, GAO and C&S teams in completion of each IT TEA requests.
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
- Ensure all the IT TEA requests meet the SLA, and requests are closed as per the process.
- Participate in the Enhancement of IT TEA Process/ Documentations
- Report the key metric of the process to the senior management
- Participate in the team’s stand-up meetings
- Engage stakeholders from different businesses
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Background in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mind-set.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years IT Process management experience.
- Basic Understanding of IT Infra environment and concepts.
- Mandatory knowledge of Service Now and Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- English Fluency (both written and verbal) is required
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor degree on science subjects or engineering preferred.
- ITIL foundation certification is required
- Advanced knowledge for MS Office applications.
- Experience in big organizations and International teams
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills required.
