Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans & initiatives based on Organization goals, Market analysis, and customer insights to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify new opportunities and expand customer base by establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Set periodic sales targets / goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their targets through performance tracking, feedback, and incentives.
- Build Strong Market Intelligence and improve brand awareness in unrepresented areas apart from current markets. Improve Product brand and its positioning as a main steel producer in customer mind and periodic review of Branding calendar.

Generation:
- Develop a value proposition to create price pressure and differentiation
Market Segmentation:
- Develop exclusive strategies to build a business model for specialized sectors.
- Increasing percentage of new customer sales to overall sales.
- Establish strategic alliances with reputed high potential customers through MOUs.
Financial:
- Enter into strategic contracts with finance partners to improve cash flow.
- Establish long-term strategic and loyalty relationships with outsourcing plants by exclusively arranging financial instruments.
Stakeholder:
- Develop and review a culture of customer centric approach - Meeting commitments as promised to Internal / External customers.
- Anticipate consumer needs, improve customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, providing excellent service, and continuously enhancing the customer experience.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales and marketing efforts.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction response (Internal & External) by way of developing various processes - Raw material Sourcing / Inventory / Material movement / Logistics Cost etc.
People Management:
- Recruiting and developing sales staff through effective training programs, mentorship, coaching, Job Rotation and guidance to build a high-performing sales team.
- Implement a comprehensive grooming plan for second-line employees including Warm bench and develop a succession planning strategy to identify and prepare potential successors for leadership roles, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of operations.
Process:
- Implement RASCI & DOP for role clarity and streamlining the processes.
- Continuously identifying improvements to be made in sales processes, strategies, and performance metrics, and taking proactive actions to optimize sales operations and achieve business
