About Business Line
The team will help support the Custody Product management division.
About Process
Work as a member of the global Custody Product team and support Custody Product managers globally to drive key product activities, e.g., Account Opening improvement, cash initiation enhancement, cash reporting, responses to demand management questions. Provide support and assistance to customers and team members on other key product questions, e.g., RFP support, client product question research.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Range
- Work closely with the Custody Product managers to drive key product activities, e.g.,
- Improvement initiatives
- Client remediation activities
- Due diligence on new product development
- New release/implementation
- Demand management activities
- Lead key initiatives including
- Creating project plans/documents and tracking progress
- Engaging with key stakeholders to problem solve, gather feedback, and drive alignment
- Delivering agreed upon project outcome
Skills & Knowledge
Qualification & Certifications
- Solid understanding of key custody operations/processes/activities/systems
- Good project and program leadership skills
- Good understanding of the financial services industry
- 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry (preferably in the custody area)
- Excellent team player
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having determination to follow things through
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Primary Skills (Must Have)
- Good knowledge of asset management/servicing industry
- Advanced level quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Data analysis and presentation skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
