PSS Voice is responsible for C-PaaS business in the region / Cluster by Leveraging the Business teams maximizing the business for product lines such as Cloud Telephony & Omni channel (WhatsApp for Business, Chat bot)
Candidate will be responsible for Product Sales and revenue in his/her assigned territory or customer accounts.
Roles:
- Responsible for C-PaaS business (Cloud telephony, WhatsApp for Business WABA, SMS gateways, True caller etc.) in the Region/City by Generating New Business, Cross Selling to existing customers by leveraging the Regional Sales teams and Channel Partner ecosystem.
- Work with the Regional Training teams and spearhead the regional training initiate for the business teams and Customer relationship mangers to increase market reach for C-PaaS Solutions.
- Work with the Regional Marketing teams leveraging existing base as well as new customer data base for generating Customer awareness and leads.
- Competition Analysis, Share Market Intelligence to HQ Product Team - Customer Insights, Competition Benchmarking etc for Product Development.
- Capability presentation to Large / Medium customer, make product value propositions, demo to customer and support sales team in deal closure.
