Educational Qualification :
A Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
B Experience may substitute for education up to Four to Six years
Key Reponsibilities :
A Design, implementation, and maintenance of gas and electric EMS, OMS, SCADA and ADMS related hardware and software
B Building IT infrastructure for DMS/ADMS
C Knowledge of power systems and control systems within an electrical utility for transmission and distribution
D Knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure including the TCP/IP Network and the 7 Layer OSI Model
Technical Experience :
A Knowledge of various ICS Industrial Control System communication protocols and data visualization tools or HMI
B Skill in adapting and learning third party software tools for ICS
C Skill in operating Windows OS client and Microsoft Office Suite
D Ability to understand and interpret complex database design
E Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with city employees and the public
