Key Reponsibilities :
A: Should be independent in handling business requirements and good with SDLC B: Will be working on enhancement and maintenance of the current Oracle Fusion HCM implementation C: Should be flexible to pick up Fusion Time and Labor and other Functional modules May also work on either of the following modules Time and Labor, Core HR, Absence, Talent or Benefits D: 70 Technical and 30 Functional in nature of work and delivery E: Will be working in a team to deliver business requirements/ project F: Will require more technical but not limited to fast formulas, BIP, OTBI
Technical Experience :
A: Should have 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud B: Must have 2 implementations Experience C: Must have worked in Client facing role D: Must have Knowledge on Time and Labor, Fast Formula, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, Simplified template creation, HR Extracts E: Must have at least 2 modules knowledge Core HR, Absence/Talent F: Good to have knowledge on Fast Formula writing G: Good to have basic understanding on Fusion Security H: worked on Client facing role
