Job Description:
- Minimum 2-4 Years of Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience with at least 2 End-to-End implementations.
- The technical track of client engagements to perform activities such as technical design, build, unit testing, solution design.
- Must have experience in HDL, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HCM
- Developer Studio and HCM Developer Studio.
- Strong Knowledge on Technical Capabilities of SaaS Fusion Platform.
- Experience in Core HR, Absences, Payroll and Recruitment modules.
- Hands on Experience in Data Loading Tools like HDL Data Loader, Spreadsheets Data Loader.
- Participate in quality assurance process for all technical deliverables.
- Very strong hands-on exposure on Fusion HCM Business Objects for Data conversions.
- Extensive Experience in SQL quires and HCM Tables.
- Very strong hands-on exposure on BI Reports.
- Very strong hands-on exposure on HCM Extracts.
- Very strong hands-on Experience in Fusion Personalization’s and Sandbox.
- Very strong hands-on exposure on Roles and Security.
- Moderate knowledge in HCM Functional specifications.
- Good in Writing Technical Specification Documents, as-is and To-Be Documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 2–4 years of experience of working on Oracle HCM Cloud Technical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Good at multi-tasking and managing deadlines and priorities.
- Accuracy, quality and attention to detail is a must.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and should be ready to work on new and upcoming compliance related tasks.
