Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on factory machinery, including conveyor systems, production line equipment, and industrial robots, to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes of equipment breakdowns, and implement timely and effective solutions to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, including lubrication, calibration, and replacement of wornout components, to prolong the lifespan of machinery and reduce maintenance costs.Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety regulations and standards, proactively address safety concerns, and participate in safety audits to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs, repair reports, and parts inventory.
