ESL Steel Limited is poising towards debottlenecking of its operations & has expansion plans in Jharkhand state. We are in the process of expanding in 2 phases (First phase is 1.5 MT to 3 MT) Brown field project and from 3 MT to 10 MT Green Field Project, to ensure Vedanta’s strong footprint in steel business.

Position : Head Mechanical Maintenance DIP
Grade : M4/M5
Experience : Min 10 yrs.
Qualification : B. Tech/B.E in Mechanical
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man management experience.
- Technical capability and understanding
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), lean manufacturing
- Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance.
- Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.
- Understanding ISO, OHSAS, TPM & EHS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP.
- Overall knowledge of equipment of an Integrated Steel Plant preferably Ductile Iron Plant.
- To ensure uptime & consumption cost in line with the ABP.
- Capacity Utilization of Equipment’s & Manpower Utilization along with people development
- Ensuring right quality of Maintenance activities including Hydraulics Cranes & Utilities and Analysis. Spares Planning and availability.
