Performance Marketing Associate

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Associate/Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role you will be pivotal in creating executing and managing paid acquisition campaigns for recruiting volunteers fellows and onboarding donors. Your focus will be on using datadriven insights to inform decisions and strategies across all acquisition channels enhancing Bhumi s impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various paid channels including social & SEM.
  
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance utilizing datadriven insights and strategy through quantitative analysis.
  
• Maintain reporting or visualization dashboards to communicate data analysis effectively focusing on marketing planning and budgeting marketing ROI campaign impact and strategic KPIs.
  
• Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
  

Education / Qualification:

• Bachelors/Master s degree in marketing journalism business or related field
  
• 2 3 years of work experience in marketing or a relevant field
  

Requirements & Skills:

• Handson experience in setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  
• Marketing Automation skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong project management skills.
  
• A critical thinker with a creative mindset.
