Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Operations Manager to drive top-of-funnel business development partnerships, specifically focused on establishing and nurturing relationships with banks in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations, business development, and relationship management within the banking, financial services and NBFC sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for engaging with Financial Institutions (banks) in India, establishing partnerships that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as sales, marketing, and product) to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities at the partner based on new product and programming offerings
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to drive improvements and optimize outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes within the banking sector, identifying new opportunities for partnership expansion.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Deep empathy for older adults
- Keen on working for a mission-driven for profit that is focused on improving the social determinants of health for older adults
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of proven experience in partner operations, business development, or strategic partnerships within the banking or financial services industry in India.
- Strong understanding of the Indian banking landscape, including key players, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and nurturing partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
