Job Description:
- Solytics is seeking strong project management professionals with expertise in end-to-end to management of technology projects. He will be managing the technology Projects.
- In this role, candidate will be responsible for project planning & scoping, budgeting, coordination/collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendor/s, milestone tracking and follow ups, reporting, organizing & moderating meetings and preparing/presenting senior management presentations.
- Additionally candidate will also be taking part in various organization activities including internal project/team management, Client management, RFPs, PoCs, thought leadership articles and preparation of marketing collaterals and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish the scope and timing of projects based on strategic business priorities.
- Work with agency and internal team to develop a detailed description of all deliverables, project plan, and final costs
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating to team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
- Maintain project schedule and drive project around specified timeframe. Keep projects on track with daily or weekly schedule reminders/updates, including any resource restrictions necessary to stay on budget
- Proactively monitor project progress against key milestones
- Manage project with cross-functional teams including: Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics
- Manage all vendor and partner relationships. Developing and Tracking Budgets and Financials
- Keep all counterparts in respective disciplines fully informed to ensure consistency across all creative
- Organize and moderate daily, weekly and steering committee meetings
- Prepare presentations and present to senior stakeholders
- Candidate will also be taking part in various organization activities including internal project/team management, Client management, RFPs, PoCs, thought leadership articles and preparation of marketing collaterals and client meetings.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager for technology/software development projects
- Good understanding of current & emerging technologies, complete technology infrastructure i.e. frontend, backend, database (on premise as well as Cloud), software development life cycle, and AI/ML
- Experience in managing development or migration projects infrastructure (on premise as well as could)
- Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written) and stake holder management skills
- Strong knowledge of project-planning tools like MS Project, Trello, Zoho, JIRA, SNOW, MS Excel, MS Power point
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment where this role may not directly control resources
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately Candidate should be willing to work late evenings to provide coverage to US
