Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashik for a Soldering Operator. The Soldering Operator will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components according to blueprints, schematics, and written or verbal instructions, inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in electronic assembly and soldering Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written or verbal instructions Experience with hand and power tools used in electronic assembly and soldering Demonstrated attention to detail and quality Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team High School diploma or equivalent
