Description

• Maintain 5S in respective working area.
• Safety needs to be taking care in respective work area.
• Execute global quality processes.
• Coordinate / Conducting internal quality audits.
• Conduct training to the team members – such as Inspection process, Safety Training, Standard work sheets.
• Administering the Quality metrics.
• Preparing Standard work sheet, Training documentation.
• Performing short term quality activities such as respond to requests for print interpretation, deviation requests, Engineering.
• Identifying quality non-conformance occurrence and track compliance – Required analytical skill related to Electrical and Hydraulic related issues.
• Required to work with business division team to assist with quality issues and provide continues improvement feedback.
• In case team member absenteeism, Individual should be able to perform those task and support to achieve the velocity target.
• BHL FG machine audits to be conduct related to Field issues for 0 MIS, 2 MIS.

Required Qualifications:

• A 2- Years minimum of technical Schooling, an apprenticeship program , as Associate’s degree and / or equivalent work experience in engineering, Manufacturing and /or Maintenance related discipline.
• A minimum Three Years of Quality Engineering, Manufacturing or Maintenance related working experience.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant Quality Engineering, Manufacturing and/ or Maintenance standards and practices.
• Strong analytical skills – Related to Hydraulic and Electrical Good interpersonal skills, Communications, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
