Position description:
Operations - Officer - Retail Asset Customer Service
Primary Responsibilities:
- Preparing standard responses
- Preparing Holding responses
- Daily dispatch of Credit responses for retail credit team.
- Filing the letter hard copies.
- Dispatch Daily Letters – Repeat Dispatch Letters along with MIS.
- Dispatching charge posters to all RA Ops branches.
