Operational Excellence Manager - RF Coils
Your role:
Drives delivery of businesses Customer Demand Fulfilment by ensuring material availability in the supply chain according to priorities set by the business, while maintaining the agreed SLAs.
Leads Tactical material and capacity planning (supplier forecast and handshake feedback) in an optimized way through the use of planning calculation methods
Accountable for Operational planning and Purchase Order management
Defines master data strategy to enable touchless replenishment in an industrial environment
Establishes Inventory Policy and is accountable for site inventory
Responsible for Production Planning and Execution for the factory
Initiates changes to Material Management concepts in accordance with the requirements of the customers leading to continuous improvements and standardization across the entire supply chain
Mitigate in case of supply risks and issues, including ownership of escalation management
Build the staff of the department to safeguard efficient and effective Operational Material Management in the long term.
Identifies improvement opportunities across the E2E supply chain by detecting KPI trends and/or analyzing internal and external data to generate and implement value adding solutions with the customer in mind.
Defines and oversees the implementation of new systems and processes (including Lean) and implements new supply chain concepts
Analyzes supply chain data to influence and improve sales, production and purchasing.

1. Experience- 16years+ of industry experience in OMM/SCM function.
2. Skills-
Dimensions related to Know-How, Complexity, and Accountability:
Requires depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, goals and objectives.
Needs to integrate Material Management processes with industrial, development and procurement processes
High level of negotiating skills for optimal supplier performance management
Excellent communication skills for assessments, project deployments between sites and meetings with global suppliers
End-to-end supply chain management skills
Mobilizing others to initiate a culture of change and continuous improvement
Uses thoughtful networking and communication to overcome barriers leading to groundbreaking practices
Defines the SCM policy to meet the overall long term business targets of the delivery model
Formulates new SCM concepts in accordance with the ISC requirements and the extent to which improvement progress can be achieved across the entire supply chain
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires a broad knowledge of the company
Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
Requires Thinking end-to-end to optimize performance (cost, quality, delivery) in the total chain rather than at one local instance
Having the Ability to look beyond the next tier, e.g. address structural 2, 3, … N-tier issues and opportunities
High complexity / High impact position, e.g. in terms of size and value of portfolio, demand/supply unbalance, volatility of supply base, tier in the supply chain to be overlooked, supply chain risks involved, intensity of phase in/out, etc
Dimensions Relating to Accountability: Freedom to Act, Magnitude, Nature of impact
Manages functional budget.
Strong influence on Business magnitude: > € 100 M.
