Job description Objective:
Responsibilities:
Job Location - Borivali west
• To generate leads by making cold calls, understanding the needs and inviting the prospects for the site visit.
• Understand the property investment/ buying need and then accordingly educate the prospect regarding the properties which match with their budgets and expectations.
• Having a good understanding of the connectivity, amenities, locations and the configuration.
• Continuous upgrading oneself on the neighboring projects.
• Inviting the prospects for the site visit.
• Staying in touch with the prospects till the prospect buys the property.
Interpersonal Skills - Communication, Rapport Building, Persuasion, Probing
Technical Skills Required –
• Having an experience is using CRM.
• Good understanding on using Excel sheets.
Other Requirements
Qualification - HSC passed
Years of experience - minimum 6 Months.
Salary bracket – Hike on current salary to the deserving candidate plus incentives.
