AddressManager Fund Raising
- Deal with construction finance, bank guarantee facility, loan against property and secured debentures.
- Preparing detailed fund-raising proposals for submission to Banks, NBFCs or other institutions and addressing their queries during transaction evaluation.
- Negotiation and finalization of term sheet, facility agreement and mortgage deed.
- Responsible for all pre and post sanctioning formalities of lenders.
- Preparation of financial projections, cash flow due diligence and rate sensitivity analysis.
- Evaluating various proposals for a project with the intent of optimizing funding costs.
- Responsible for preparing project monitoring reports of ongoing projects which are funded.
- Responsible for entire project specific lender compliances.
