Key Responsibilities: -
- Lead and provide oversight for all management and administrative functions for smooth delivery of SSC Operations across service lines.
- Drive coordination between Enterprise IT, Group FMS for SSC operations review and resolution of challenges.
- Coordinate and liaise with SSC HR and Payroll teams for continuous monitoring of SSC employee operations costs and reporting drive in the design and implementation of process improvements, including standardization, enhancements and potential automation of existing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with business owners to ensure policies and procedures are effectively communicated and followed.
- Delivers and reports on KPI metrics for GL reconciliations and AP payments functions & AR receivables that will identify opportunities and enhance visibility for business strategies
- Assists in the preparation of the GL and AP close process & AR Close process and related reporting deliverables, including reviewing all reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the financials
- Manages or assists as necessary the master data elements for vendors, payment terms, and banking information
- Manage compliance and corporate governance
Qualification & Skills
- 09-15 years' experience in industry with CA/ICWAI/ IIM Finance
- Currently leading the delivery of a Finance shared service of a medium to large IT/business process services firm
- Demonstrated experience in impacting the quality and success of a finance shared service/analytics business
- Strong credentials and demonstrated success in quality and delivery with
associated certifications and industry recognition
- Experience in leading or supporting IT and KPO/analytics engagements with large teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Working Knowledge of IFRS
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and their application
- In depth knowledge and experience in managing Indian accounting and statutory compliances
