Introduction
H uman R esource S olution Services Support performs transactions for a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responding to employees ' queries on policy and process, referring to the documents

• Day to day administration including maintaining employee records, supporting various HR functions

• Routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and ability to handle confidential information

• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills

• Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers

• Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities

• Discreet in handling confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent degree or bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related fields.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations

• Preferably with prior experience working in the HR domain or Internship experience in HR

• Workday experience will be advantageous .
